Performance Management
-Performer Managers
-Lighting and Sound Experts

-Stage Managers
-Event Volunteers (one to four day commitments)
-Team Liaisons (competition time commitment)
Public Relations
-Media Liaison (competition time commitment)
VIBC has chosen to focus on the professional development of each of their volunteers. Each volunteer will be given the opportunity to showcase and advance their skills which will aid in their career development. VIBC has committed to work with each volunteer to provide the opportunities the volunteer needs to gain valuable work experience in positions and areas that will aim to further the individual’s career.
